BEXLEY THEATRE ARTS

Bexley City Schools Theatre Program

Ticket Information

Ticket sales are the financial backbone of the Bexley Theatre Arts Department, funding all performances, field trips, and events.

General Admission Tickets

Tickets may be purchased by the general public twelve days before a show's first performance by visiting the glass attendance office located in the main entrance of Bexley High School.  On sale dates and prices are listed below.

Tickets are also sold one hour before each show performance outside of the venue used.

Reserved Seating Tickets

Parents of cast, crew, and pit members may purchase reserved seating tickets before tickets go on sale for the general public.  Parents will be assigned seats as close to the front of the theater as possible.  Seats will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, but care will be taken to give everyone a chance to sit in the first several rows as well as in seats that allow for the best possible view of the parent's child(ren).

Reserved seating tickets cannot be purchased after tickets go on sale to the general public.  Parents can purchase reserved seating tickets by filling out the reserved seating form located in the cast, crew, or pit packet and returning it to Rebecca Rhinehart by the due date along with a check for the tickets.  In order to find reserved seating forms as well as the dates forms are due, please visit Rebecca Rhinehart's teacher web pages and go to the download section.  Links to the teacher web pages can be found by clicking on the tab of the play in which you are interested.

Parents have two options for reserved seats--production passes and individual seats.

Production passes are reserved tickets to every performance of a particular show at a discounted rate.  For example, if a show costs $6.00 per adult and has three performances, an adult production pass will cost $12.00.  Production passes cannot be purchased once tickets go on sale to the general public.

Parents also have the opportunity to purchase reserved seating tickets to individual performances at the normal rate.

Seating

The doors to the venues will open approximately 1/2 an hour before each performance.
